Opened in 2016, Hija De Sanchez has filled a gaping hole in Copenhagen's foodie scene where, until then, high-quality 'fresh-Mex' was non existent. Opened by Noma-trained, Mexican-American chef Rosio Sanchez, this tacqueria (taco stand) deserves all the loving hype it receives. You won't find more authentic Mexican cuisine anywhere in the city.
