5 irresistible indoor street food markets and trucks in Berlin
1) Markthalle 9
This is a usual suspect for Berlin foodies, with a cantina and bar that are open from Monday to Saturday. There’s a small weekly market on Tuesday and a big one on Thursday. The products you can buy here are mostly local and come from small-scale producers. Also, you can find one of Berlin’s best bakeries here, called Sironi.

2) Street Food auf Achse
A classic street food market in the courtyards of the old and beautiful brewery called Kulturbrauerei. Entrance is free and nothing should cost more than 5 euros. Come with an empty stomach, the food is delicious! Open every Sunday from 12 pm on, winter and summer.

3) Marheineke Markthalle
This market is less of a hipster hangout than the first two. It’s open every day of the week except on Sunday. Most of the food you’ll find here is organic and local. And if you prefer to sit in the sun and enjoy your food at a proper table: restaurant Matzbach has a big terrace.

4) Brunnenmarkt im Wedding
Every first Sunday of the month you can go the Brunnenmarkt in former West- Berlin’s least posh district, Wedding. The concept was launched in April 2016 to inject some new blood into the Berlin street food scene. How about Taco Kween for example, a food stall with Mexican dumplings?

5) Bite Club
At the Bite Club street food party you can enjoy local food and have a drink in a club-like atmosphere. It’s on the riverside in Kreuzberg close to the Badeschiff (floating swimming pool) in the Spree, so you can go for a swim before or after your meal. Bite Club is open twice a month on Fridays – a perfect start of the weekend.
