Seattle is hosting six World Cup matches between June 15 and July 6, including two knockout round matches (R32 and R16). The games will take place downtown at Lumen Field (Seattle Stadium), making it easy to access by public transit. Because of its central location, soccer fans who aren't big fans of stadium food will find plenty of great local bars and restaurants right nearby.
5 spots for great food and drinks near the Stadium during the World Cup in Seattle
1) Von's 1000 Spirits
Von's is a great place for food and drinks in downtown Seattle that won't break the bank, especially at happy hour. It's located between Seattle Stadium and Pike Place Market, so you can visit while strolling between games and Seattle's biggest tourist destination. Enjoy your discounted drinks with one of their handmade sourdough pizza or other locally inspired appetizers.
2) Tat's Delicatessen
Need to fuel up before a big game? Look no further, come very hungry for a visit to Tat's. The servings are on the large side and many a nap has been taken after finishing one of their sandwiches for lunch. The hot subs are particularly great, though the hoagies also meet a void in the Seattle lunch scene that is acutely felt by some transplants. Ordering ahead online is a great idea at peak times.

Tacos, burritos, and tortas are all worth trying alongside their daily rotating aguas frescas. Seating is available but can be crowded at peak times, order online and head to Waterfall Garden Park to enjoy your meal!
4) Radiator Whiskey
After a long day of exploring fan zones and other Seattle sites, head to Radiator Whiskey, located one story above the hubbub of Pike Place Market. The menu centers around whiskey and meat (surprise!). Enjoy the American traditions of slow-cooked brisket, fried chicken and barrel-aged cocktails. Reservations are recommended.
