This coffee company was founded by James Freeman, who sought a lightly roasted cup to expose the beans’ natural flavors, similar to Japan where baristas slowly brewed each by hand. He opened this tiny kiosk in 2005 and the masses loved it. Today there are several Blue Bottles located in the city.
