Distilleries to vist in England

1) Bombay Sapphire Distillery

Tucked away in a rural corner of Hampshire, you’ll find the Bombay Sapphire gin distillery in a beautiful and historic setting. The Laverstoke Mill is recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086 and was known for manufacturing banknotes in the 18th century. The gin company, which was founded in the early 19th century, moved into the premises in 2010. Now gin stills and an expansive visitor experience fill the elegant old buildings, which sit beside the pretty River Test. Don’t miss the glasshouses, a sleek modern addition filled with the plants and botanicals that go into a bottle of Bombay Sapphire.
