Tired of your CDs, DVDs or videogames? Feel like upgrading your video game platform, smartphone or tablet? 2) Surf Shop Underground
If you’re on holiday and couldn’t bring your surf stuff, shop at Underground and they’ll buy it back from you at the end of your holiday. With many used surfboards and surf material to choose from, you can either buy/sell or rent. Also a good selection of secondhand skate gear. The most ecological way to use is to re-use.
3) Bike Point
Bike Point, owned by three guys who are passionate about cycling, organise daily guided bike tours with many routes to choose from (to download routes see website). They also rent out all types of high quality bikes (including electric bikes), which then get sold as ex-rentals at strongly reduced prices. Highly professional. Second location in El Médano.
4) Lions Charity Shop
Tenerife Lions Club’s motto is: ‘The people who help people’. Through their two charity shops staffed by volunteers (second shop in Costa del Silencio), they raise funds and offer aid for the disadvantaged. Visit the store and there’s every chance you’ll snap up a bargain you didn’t realise you needed.
