The Velázquez flagship of Joselito is both a shop and a restaurant where you can taste the goods. The distinctive red and black colours of the brand add an elegant touch to the interior of this place, which is open continuously. 3) La Boulette
Located in the food market of La Paz, La Boulette is the favourite deli of the locals in the Salamanca neighbourhood. Selling a wide selection of various parts of the ham, they will gladly advise you what to choose. They can also vacuum-pack your deli meats.
4) Lopéz Pascual
Since 1919, López Pascual has been selling the best selection of ham products, making its shop the oldest in Madrid. For three generations they have been selecting the best hams from Jabuco, Cumbres, Mayores and Guijuelo, making personally sure that the curing process respects tradition.
