5 cool spots for coffee in Porto

1) Época Porto

Owners Liliana and Tiago were inspired by the local coffee culture while living in Scandinavia. This is why their handsome coffee shop in this creative neighbourhood has such a minimal Nordic aesthetic. The menu here is vegetarian, locally sourced and mostly organic. The perfect place to enjoy a relaxing coffee while browsing one of the cool indie magazines available.

3) Nicolau Porto

Nicolau probably serves the most photogenic brunch in town, from beautifully presented stacks of pancakes and egg-based dishes, to the most colourful salads and tasty bowls. The interior is hip and bright, with plants hanging from the ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows which are, weather permitting, fully open to both the outdoor seating area and the street.
