1) Valletta Contemporary
Valletta Contemporary, the brainchild of local artist Norbert Attard, strives to bring internationally acclaimed exhibitions to Malta in addition to being an project for the Maltese contemporary art scene. The art gallery and exhibition space is located in Valletta’s lower east end in a 17th-century warehouse.
2) Spazju Kreativ
Set within a 16th-century fortification, Malta’s national centre for creativity hosts several art exhibitions and performances throughout the year. There are various spaces for exhibitions, cultural events, as well as a small theatre, ideal for small audiences. The massive interior blends well with the modern installations.

3) Victor Pasmore Gallery
The Central Bank of Malta possesses a number of original works by the British abstract artist Victor Pasmore. The bank joined forces with the Victor Pasmore Foundation to set up a permanent exhibition, highlighting the paintings and constructions that he created during his stay in Malta. A few earlier works have been added, to provide more of an insight into Pasmore’s artistic practice.
