1) Hakuhinkan Toy Park

This place is the stuff that kids’ dreams are made of, selling everything from Barbie dolls to video games, on five floors. Check out the Hakuhinkan Racing Park on the fourth floor, where you can play with remote controlled cars. You may have to jostle for space with some grown-up kids though.
