1) Haebel

Fabio Haebel was head of the ‘Tarterie St. Pauli’ before re-inventing the restaurant in 2017 under his own name. Since then, the little room has specialised exclusively in Nordic French menus, which are changed every month. It has a maximum capacity of 22 guests, served attentively by 14 staff. Booking ahead is essential.
