5 of the most quiet canals in Bruges

1) Augustijnenrei

One of the most attractive quays in Bruges, Augustijnenrei once formed the northern edge of the city. It takes its name from an Augustinian friary with a chapel used by wealthy Spanish and Italian merchants. The friary was torn down after the French Revolution, leaving just a little square with lime trees where the chapel once stood.
