1) Augustijnenrei
One of the most attractive quays in Bruges, Augustijnenrei once formed the northern edge of the city. It takes its name from an Augustinian friary with a chapel used by wealthy Spanish and Italian merchants. The friary was torn down after the French Revolution, leaving just a little square with lime trees where the chapel once stood.
