The 5 most significant happy hours in Miami
1) Zest Bar & Lounge
The hours of tipsy delights don’t get longer or better than this. Every weekday from 3 to 8 pm, chef-owners Cindy Hutson and Delius Shirley tempt the downtown workaholics who live in the sun but perhaps never really see it with craft beers, curated wines and cocktails.

2) Toscana Divino
Elegance is an oyster and a glass of Prosecco. Expedience is enjoying it at the walk-in bar during daily happy hour from 5.30 to 8 pm. And ecstasy is not being mobbed or mugged at this modern Italian restaurant, and carrying on a conversation in a modulated tone of voice.

3) Via Verdi Miami
This Italian restaurant and wine bar, run by twin chefs from Northern Italy, entices with an extra-long, exuberant happy hour. Because it lasts from 4 to 8 pm daily, it often overlaps with specials like ‘50% Off Dine-In Pasta Mondays’ and ‘50% Off Bottle Wine List Wednesdays’. Feel 100% free to stay here all afternoon and evening.

4) Beaker & Gray
Happy hour isn’t always about making yourself feel better, although this place is pretty darn good at that with drinks and food specials from 4 to 7 pm Monday to Friday. Beaker & Gray also likes to pay it forward with the ‘Instant Karma’ promotion. Every fourth week of the month, happy hour proceeds are donated to a charity.

5) Kyu
A former warehouse turned sustainable Asia barbecue joint, this well-liked place is often overbooked. Enter extended happy hour, Tuesday to Saturday (note: Saturday!) from 4.30 to 7.30 pm, when local J. Wakefield brews and the house’s signature Wynwood Mule are marked down.
